Christian Birth Classes

Birth is an experience that changes you.
How you prepare for it matters.

Prepare physically & mentally
in alignment with how God

designed your body
to move beyond information

& build true confidence
that carries you through labor

& into motherhood.

This isn’t your typical birth class—it’s unlike anything else out there. It’s for the women who want more than just the basics—they want to feel confident in their bodies, connected to their faith, and actually excited for birth. I combine everything I know as a doula, educator, and mama into my whole-body approach that brings together practical birth education, movement, mindset tools, and faith.

You’ll learn how birth actually works, practice comfort measures in real time, and discover how to advocate for your values in any setting. But you’ll also explore how prayer, scripture, and tools like breath, prenatal yoga, and meditation can ground you through labor and carry into motherhood.

Taught in a small-group setting with other like-minded families, this class creates a space for connection, honest questions, and shared support.

Online Classes

A person with long hair sitting on an orange chair, working on a laptop at a desk or table in a well-lit room.

You’re not looking for just another birth class. You want something that actually helps you feel ready—calm in your mind, strong in your body, and grounded in your faith. You want to understand what’s really happening in labor, how to cope with it, and how to confidently advocate for what matters to you. And you need it to fit into your busy schedule and your budget—on your time, in your way.

That’s why I created this course using my whole-body approach to birth—blending evidence-based education with tools like prayer, scripture, breathwork, prenatal yoga, and mindfulness. Whether it’s your first baby or you’re coming back for a refresher, you can take what you need, skip what you don’t, and return to it anytime.

By the end, you won’t just know more—you’ll feel it in your bones:
“I feel strong. I feel ready. And I know I can do this.”

This one-on-one class is for the parents who want birth prep that actually fits their busy life. Maybe you’re first-time parents with a tight schedule, or a returning mama who doesn’t need a full series—but you still want to feel informed, supported, and ready.

We'll meet virtually or in person (if you're local) & these classes are tailored entirely to you—your birth plans, your questions, your concerns, and your needs. Whether you want to focus on labor comfort measures, birth partner support, creating a birth plan, navigating hospital policies, or postpartum prep, we’ll build the class around what matters most to you.

You don’t need to spend hours sorting through conflicting advice. You’ll get faith-based, evidence-based guidance in a space where you can ask anything, process everything, and leave feeling like someone really gets it. You’ll finish feeling more confident, more at peace, and actually excited for what’s ahead.

This Is for You If...

✅ You want practical, evidence-based tools to prepare for labor and postpartum with confidence—without feeling overwhelmed by endless advice.

✅ You desire to feel deeply connected to God’s plan for your birth experience and lean into His peace, no matter how your birth unfolds.

✅ You’re interested in natural birth techniques and want to learn how to support your body’s natural process, manage pain without unnecessary interventions, and make informed choices if interventions are needed.

✅ You’re open to learning mindfulness-based practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, and journaling to help you stay grounded, ease discomfort, and prepare mentally for birth.

✅ You want to learn how to advocate for yourself, make informed decisions during labor, and trust both your intuition and medical knowledge.

✅ You’re looking for a supportive community and a mentor who will pray for you, guide you, and encourage you through every step of your journey.

This Is Not for You If...

❌ You’re looking for a strictly medical or secular childbirth course without any faith integration.

❌ You’re not open to learning about natural coping techniques, movement, or holistic birth preparation alongside medical options.

❌ You believe birth is something you can’t prepare for and prefer to "just see what happens" without intentional preparation.

❌ You’re unwilling to invest time in preparing your mind, body, and spirit for birth—including practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and journaling to help you feel calm and confident.

❌ You’re not interested in learning how to minimize unnecessary interventions or explore natural ways to support labor progress.

❌ You don’t see the value in faith-based support during pregnancy and postpartum and prefer a course without a spiritual foundation.
