Christian Birth Classes

Birth is a holy experience that changes you.
How you prepare for it matters.

Prepare physically & mentally
in alignment with how God

designed your body
to move beyond information

& build true confidence
that carries you through labor

& into motherhood.

This isn't your typical birth class—it's a faith-filled, practical birth preparation experience designed to help you trust your body as God created it, prepare for the unexpected, and step into birth with confidence.

You'll learn how birth actually works while practicing the tools that help you experience it with greater confidence. Through prenatal yoga, breath work, meditation, prayer and hands-on comfort measures, you'll quiet the fears, strengthen your trust in God's design, and prepare for birth in a way that is both practical and deeply personal.

You’ll learn alongside other growing families who are asking the same questions and preparing together. In our small-group setting, we’ll learn, practice, pray, and talk through real birth scenarios together in a way that feels interactive, supportive, and engaging.

More than anything, this class is about transformation. My prayer is that you’ll leave trusting the way God created your body, equipped to navigate whatever birth brings, and confident in the journey ahead.

Classes are held in Jeffersonville, IN (Tree of Life Birth Center) and Louisville, KY (Okolona Christian Church).

In-Person Classes

Guided Virtual Birth Prep Experience

A person with long hair sitting on an orange chair, working on a laptop at a desk or table in a well-lit room.

You're not looking for just another online birth class. You want to feel prepared—confident in your body, rooted in your faith, and equipped with practical tools to navigate birth as it unfolds. You want to understand what's happening, know how to respond when plans change, and trust both the way God created your body and the wisdom He'll provide along the way. But you also need something that fits real life—your schedule, your budget, and your growing family's needs.

That's why I created the Created for Birth Virtual Birth Prep Experience. It's everything I love about my in-person classes—faith-filled education, practical tools, accountability, and personal support—with the flexibility to prepare on your own schedule. Each week, you'll move through a new module, receive a personal check in from me, connect through our private community, ask questions as they come up, and finish with a one-on-one personalized birth prep session designed around you and your birth goals.

By the end, my prayer is that you'll be able to say:

"I trust the way God created my body. I have the tools to navigate whatever birth brings. And I know I don't have to do this alone."

This Is for You If...

✅ You want practical, evidence-based tools to prepare for labor and postpartum with confidence—without feeling overwhelmed by endless advice.

✅ You desire to feel deeply connected to God’s plan for your birth experience and lean into His peace, no matter how your birth unfolds.

✅ You’re interested in natural birth techniques and want to learn how to support your body’s natural process, manage pain without unnecessary interventions, and make informed choices if interventions are needed.

✅ You’re open to learning mindfulness-based practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, and journaling to help you stay grounded, ease discomfort, and prepare mentally for birth.

✅ You want to learn how to advocate for yourself, make informed decisions during labor, and trust both your intuition and medical knowledge.

✅ You’re looking for a supportive community and a mentor who will pray for you, guide you, and encourage you through every step of your journey.

This Is Not for You If...

❌ You’re looking for a strictly medical or secular childbirth course without any faith integration.

❌ You’re not open to learning about natural coping techniques, movement, or holistic birth preparation alongside medical options.

❌ You believe birth is something you can’t prepare for and prefer to "just see what happens" without intentional preparation.

❌ You’re unwilling to invest time in preparing your mind, body, and spirit for birth—including practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and journaling to help you feel calm and confident.

❌ You’re not interested in learning how to minimize unnecessary interventions or explore natural ways to support labor progress.

❌ You don’t see the value in faith-based support during pregnancy and postpartum and prefer a course without a spiritual foundation.
