Childbirth Prep Classes
Created For Birth
a faith - centered birth preparation experience with holistic practices that moves beyond information &
into deep connection & confidence
This isn’t your typical birth class—it’s unlike anything else out there. It’s for the women who want more than just the basics—they want to feel confident in their bodies, connected to their faith, and actually excited for birth. I combine everything I know as a doula, educator, and mama into my whole-body approach that brings together practical birth education, movement, mindset tools, and faith.
You’ll learn how birth actually works, practice comfort measures in real time, and discover how to advocate for your values in any setting. But you’ll also explore how prayer, scripture, and tools like breath, prenatal yoga, and meditation can ground you through labor and carry into motherhood.
This class isn’t about memorizing facts—it’s about preparing your whole self, body and soul, for one of the most sacred and transformative experiences of your life. You’ll walk away saying, “Okay—I actually feel ready for this. I know what to expect, I trust myself more, and I’m even excited now.”
Taught in a small-group setting with other like-minded families, this class creates a space for connection, honest questions, and shared support. Join us in Jeffersonville, IN (Tree of Life Birth Center), Louisville, KY, or surrounding areas.

You’re not looking for just another birth class. You want something that actually helps you feel ready—calm in your mind, strong in your body, and grounded in your faith. You want to understand what’s really happening in labor, how to cope with it, and how to confidently advocate for what matters to you. And you need it to fit into your busy schedule and your budget—on your time, in your way.
That’s why I created this course using my whole-body approach to birth—blending evidence-based education with tools like prayer, scripture, breathwork, prenatal yoga, and mindfulness. Whether it’s your first baby or you’re coming back for a refresher, you can take what you need, skip what you don’t, and return to it anytime.

Birth Prep Classes
One-on-one
Hear what other mamas have said..
Every day, you’re scrolling through all the conflicting advice on social media, downloading new podcast episodes, switching between books, listening to your friends vastly different experiences, and Googling every little thing—yet somehow, you still feel unprepared and unsure of what actually matters.
Why does everyone say something different?
How do I know which advice to trust?
How will I remember all of this?
Why does preparing for birth feel so overwhelming?
How can I find everything I need to prepare for birth in one place instead of searching everywhere?
Imagine This Instead…
-
Prepared in a way that brings peace—without fear—because you’re confident in your voice and your ability to focus in when things feel intense.
-
You feel strong, capable, and connected to your body—trusting your own abilities. Instead of questioning if you can handle labor, you will know that your body was created for this.
-
Clear on what actually matters, confident in your decisions, and no longer second-guessing every piece of advice you hear.

✅ You desire to feel deeply connected to God’s plan for your birth experience and lean into His peace, no matter how your birth unfolds.

❌ You’re looking for a strictly medical or secular childbirth course without any faith integration.
❌ You’re not open to learning about natural coping techniques, movement, or holistic birth preparation alongside medical options.
❌ You believe birth is something you can’t prepare for and prefer to "just see what happens" without intentional preparation.
❌ You’re unwilling to invest time in preparing your mind, body, and spirit for birth—including practices like breathwork, mindfulness, and journaling to help you feel calm and confident.
❌ You’re not interested in learning how to minimize unnecessary interventions or explore natural ways to support labor progress.
❌ You don’t see the value in faith-based support during pregnancy and postpartum and prefer a course without a spiritual foundation.
